The Las Vegas Travel Agent Forum brings travel advisors and suppliers together for dynamic networking, hands-on education, and inspiring conversations
The Las Vegas Travel Agent Forum, held this week at Paris Las Vegas, continues to be a standout event in the travel industry, attracting over 1,000 attendees. Known for its strong networking and educational opportunities, the forum allows travel advisors to connect with hundreds of domestic and international suppliers, explore new products, and strengthen vendor relationships.
Advisors like Dana Pawlak of Magical Moments Vacations emphasized the importance of networking, discovering new offerings, and learning from peers. She praised the forum's seminars, which covered a wide range of topics including personal branding, running a profitable agency, boosting resort sales, legal strategies, AI, and marketing. The sessions were noted for being engaging and inspiring, led by dynamic speakers.
Beyond the classroom-style learning, the forum offered hands-on opportunities through roundtable discussions and one-on-one meetings with suppliers, allowing for more personalized and impactful conversations. The accompanying trade show showcased over 350 travel brands, making it a major draw for attendees.
Travefy CEO and founder David Chait highlighted the importance of advisor education and community-building at events like this. Travefy hosted its own "Agent Accelerator" session—a half-day workshop focused on sales best practices, marketing strategies, and sustainable business growth. Chait expressed his enthusiasm for connecting with both seasoned professionals and newcomers to the industry, noting that the stories and ambitions shared during informal networking events are particularly inspiring.
Evening events at the new Atomic Golf Las Vegas and the Paris Las Vegas pool offered relaxed spaces for further connection and storytelling. These moments, Chait noted, are what truly enrich the experience—offering insight into advisors’ motivations and goals while building a sense of camaraderie across the industry.
